Samuel and Sara Downing have founded and operate Caremor Inc. based on the needs that they have recognized while working in the industry for several years. They recognized that all too often the customers were not offered choices and ended up being convinced to purchase a product that they didn't want, have never seen or worse yet, they couldn't use. Sara and Samuel take pride in making certain that their customers are offered choices and get all of the facts that they ask for before they make a decision on what product they would like to purchase. They have created a structure that brings the products to the customer so they can try it to make certain that it will suit their needs. This is very important to those who are physically challenged because traveling can be a big problem. Caremor, Inc. has very high standards and expectations of the mobility consultants and installation/service technicians that they employ. Ethics is of the highest regard. All installation and service work is done at the customer's home to keep them as comfortable as possible.
