A: Caremor will bring samples to your home to try to make certain you have the right mobility

Q: Will I need to find an installer after purchase?
A: Not with Caremor, we install all of the products we sell.

Q: What do I do if a product breaks?
A: Just contact Caremor. We will arrange for our mobile service to repair your product. We will also determine if your product is under warranty. If so, we will contact the manufacturer for payment.

Q: Will you only repair products that are purchased from Caremor?
A: No, we will attempt to repair any mobility product you need help with, as long as
Caremor can obtain any necessary parts.

Q: Will Caremor help me adapt my home for independence?
A: Yes. Caremor will evaluate your home, and your mobility needs. We can then remodel your
home for independent living.

Q: Will a mobility device (power scooter) fit in my vehicle?
A: Your Caremor mobility consultant can access a vast database to determine the capacity of your vehicle, and make recommendations if you will need a lifting device installed.

Q: How do I get a mobility device into my home?
A: Just ask your Caremor mobility consultant to explain the many options available which allow you
to enter and exit your home.

Q: Will I need blue prints prior to calling Caremor for remodel work?
A: No, We have an in-house designer that can draw the plans for your approval.

Q: Will I need to select and purchase my own products prior to a remodel?
A: You can shop at home with your Caremor consultant. We have a wide array of products to choose from that will help us customize your home for independent living.

Q: Is my home going to look like a hospital if I make it suitable for independent living?
